  Only a small store with a limited range of products combined with a limited knowledge of the products they are selling.
  
  Have lost count of the times I've had to leave the store and drive to the Fyshwick store to get the product or advice I need which is frustrating given there is not a huge range of products required to operate or maintain a chainsaw.
  
  Bought a Farm boss chainsaw from this store as the Fyshwick store had sold out of the model I wanted. The sale came with a gift credit card however upon returning to the store the staff seemed unaware of the conditions of the card nor seemed to recall the store promotion at the time which was frustrating given the chainsaw was only purchased within the last 6 months.
  
  I was unable to use it to purchase products and was told the card was a matter between myself and Stihl the irony being I was standing in a Stihl store.
  
  Again had to travel out of my way to the Fyshwick store to purchase products with the gift card. Staff at the Queanbeyan store could of rectified this with a phone call or retained the basic information associated with that sale for future reference rather than putting the onus back on customers to contact head office.
  
  Staff at this store seem reluctant to go beyond the basics to provide assistance to their customers to the point I refuse to shop there anymore.
